Angels’ Michael Stefanic and Jo Adell teamed up to make one of the luckiest catches of the MLB season

The Los Angeles Angels are in the middle of another bad season after jumping out to such a great start in the first few weeks of April. They’ve lost five straight games and nine of their last 10 and are 16 games under .500.

All of that is not great at all.

During last night’s 7-2 loss to the Atlanta Braves, Jo Adell showed why the Angels have been struggling so much this year as an easy pop fly missed his the right fielder’s glove, hit him in the shoulder, and bounded back into the air. Thankfully for Adell, though, his second baseman, Michael Stefanic, was there to make a nice heads up play:

I don’t know how Adell didn’t make that catch but it was a nice play by Stefanic.
