Angelina Jolie says she enjoys quarantine ‘chaos’ with her six children at home

Angelina Jolie is getting ample amounts of family time due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The 45-year old actress and activist spent the past five months at home with her six children, sons Maddox, 19, Pax, 16, and Knox, 12, and daughters Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 14, and Vivienne, 12.

In an interview with E! News’ Daily Pop, Jolie said that she has "never been one who valued relaxation," and that she’s “enjoying the chaos” of being at home with all of her children.

The Oscar-winning actress has also appreciated being "on high level meetings where there's dogs and balls and kids and things."

She told Daily Pop host Lillian Vasquez that she enjoys “being human with everybody else and laughing through it."

Jolie has tried to give her children some structure by “making schedules at home," although she did admit that her “daughter Zahara is better at organizing things than I am.”

The family of seven has been having movie nights with "lots of popcorn and just like really every family, we're just pajamas, robes, snacks."

Jolie’s eldest son Maddox had been studying at university in Korea but had to come home in March when the coronavirus caused schools to close.

His classes have picked up again but Jolie shared that due to coronavirus "He had to stay back from Korea," even though the school has reopened, so now he's doing online school with his classes starting at night because of the time difference.

In March, Jolie penned a piece or TIME for International Women’s Day to give an update on her daughters’ medical conditions and reflect on the needs of young girls everywhere.

She wrote, "Going through medical challenges and fighting to survive and heal is something to be proud of."
