Angelina Jolie's dad Jon says he's 'excited to see Brad Pitt' at Golden Globes

Angelina Jolie's dad Jon Voight proved there was no bad blood between him and Brad Pitt.

The actor, 81, gushed about "very much looking forward" to seeing his former son-in-law at the Golden Globes, in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Brad will rub shoulders with both of his ex wives - Jennifer Aniston and Angelina - at the star-studded ceremony which has attracted the hottest Hollywood stars.

Over a Golden Globes brunch, the Midnight Cowboy star shared he was proud of Brad and his acting achievements to date.

Jon talked highly of the actor's latest movie Once Upon A Time In Hollywood which is up for awards at the 77th annual ceremony.

Brad has been nominated for Best Supporting Actor In a Motion Picture for his part in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

“I am proud of Brad, and that was a very unusual movie, and a very successful one, a very dynamic movie,” he said to reporters over the weekend.

It was Brad who mended the long-running feud between Jon and Angelina in 2010.

Later, it hit headlines when Hollywood power couple Brad and Angelina split in 2016.

They were madly in love for 12 years before they went their separate ways for good.

In their time together, the pair were only married from 2014 until 2016.

The couple continue to raise their children Maddox, 18, Pax, 16, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 11, together.
