Angel Gomes confirmed Manchester United's new signings have gelled well after scoring in the Red Devils' s 2-1 victory over Tottenham.
The teenager netted a late winner in Thursday's pre-season friendly in Shanghai before celebrating with the United fans.
After the match he explained he was looking to make a big impact in the Red Devils' tour of Australia and the Far East, to catch Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's eye.
And added that new signings Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka have settled in seamlessly following their transfers from Swansea and Crystal Palace respectively.
"I can't even describe how it felt, I saw it go in the back of the net and just wanted to go and celebrate with the fans, that's why I slipped," said Gomes.
"It's my second tour now and I knew I had to show what I could do.
"In this heat you have to control the game and pick the right time to attack.
"Me and Juan do that in training, I'm happy with the move, it's an honour to work with a player like him
"We've had a great tour; the team and new signings have gelled well. We're taking everything the coaches say on board."
