Beaming Ange Postecoglou insists being Celtic manager is "everything he's ever wanted" in football when discussing his future at the club.
The Australian boss' 'homecoming' in a trip Down Under, which could include a match against rivals Rangers, was confirmed on Tuesday afternoon.
And with him currently on the club's template 12 month rolling contract, some fans are seeing that as a hint Postecoglou will be around for the long haul.
It's a topic that came up at his press conference ahead of Wednesday's Premiership clash at home to St Mirren with Celtic still topping the table by three points.
The tour will take place during the World Cup in Qatar and one questioner pondered if that meant a longer stay for the manager.
He laughed: "I hope so, mate! It could be out of my hands if we don't start winning games, you never know.
"I've appreciated the support I've had from day one, our fans have been outstanding and even on the weekend, I know they were frustrated but they're right behind this team.
"They're a big part of the reason we've been able to stick to our beliefs in the way we want to play our football because the encouragement we've had from our supporters, even in times things haven't gone smoothly, they see the intent.
"I'm loving being manager of this football club.
"I've never, in my whole career, worried about contracts. If it's one year, one glorious year, I'm going to work as if I'm going to be here forever.
"That's how I've always worked and it's how I'll continue to work.
"Being manager of this football club fulfils everything I've ever wanted as a manager.
"I'm in charge of a massive football club, I get the opportunity to work at the highest level domestically and in Europe, I'm at a club where people are passionate about the same things I'm passionate about.
"But as a manager you learn to understand that sometimes your destiny is not in your own hands. You always understand at some point it'll all come to an end.
"But I'm loving every minute of it and I hope it continues for a long time."
