Ange Postecoglou is primed to have Celtic ready to instantly hit the January transfer market.
The Parkhead boss already has positions in mind for the next window with the process well underway for the next recruitment drive.
Postecoglou was forced into frantic action during the summer business period due to his appointment date and a hefty player turnover with 12 arriving including Cameron Carter-Vickers in the final minutes of deadline day.
The Aussie does not want it frenetic again and is putting his plans in place now to get the shopping done as sharply as possible when the winter window opens.
Japanese stars Daizen Maeda and Reo Hatate have already been linked with a move to the Premiership and Postecoglou has hinted he’s got loads of irons in the fire as he tries to get plans in order before January 1.

He said: “We want to make sure we are well organised long before then, so we are going to identify targets and we will be talking to quite a few.
“But we are not negotiating or close to signing anyone at the moment.
“There will be plenty of people putting their name forward because I think this is an attractive destination at the moment. There will be plenty of names.
“We are working towards then and we know what we need. We are just focused on being organised in January.”
