Anfield will be cashless venue for Take That, Bon Jovi and Pink concerts this month

Anfield is set to host concerts for the first time in more than 10 years this month, with Take That, Bon Jovi and Pink all taking to the stage.

There are a whole host of rules and regulations in place for each concert that fans should be aware of, including items which are completely banned from the stadium.

Fans attending concerts at Anfield should also be aware that each gig will be entirely cashless.

The stadium brought in the new system at the beginning of the 2018/19 season, by making the food vendors on Skerries Road and Venmore Road cashless.

This has been expanded for the concerts this summer, with Anfield advising ticket holders that all bars, kiosks, and food outlets around the stadium (internal and external) are cashless.

However, there are a small number of tills inside the stadium that will take cash and accept debit/credit cards.

For fans heading to see Take That on June 6, here’s everything you’ll need to know .
