An Anfield bar is screening Liverpool FC games in its beer garden when pubs reopen and tickets have been selling out in seconds.
Taggy's Bar, which is the bar at Reds fan spot Hotel Tia (pictured above before the pandemic) is hosting a series of ticketed events so fans can watch the match while sticking to government rules.
From April 12, it's expected that pubs will be allowed to reopen as the roadmap out of lockdown reaches its next stage.
But hospitality venues are only allowed to offer outdoor table service initially. Customers will be permitted to go inside to use toilet facilities but must order and consume all food and drink from their outside table.
The owners of Taggy's Bar decided to sell tickets for Liverpool match days, so Reds fans can watch the games on a big screen in its beer garden, which can seat 270 people with the social distancing restrictions in place. The response has been huge, with tickets for three games, including the Champions League clash with Real Madrid, all having quickly sold out.
Tage Herstad, who owns and runs Hotel Tia and Taggy's Bar with his wife Kamilla, said: "I'm not surprised that the games have sold out, but I am surprised how quickly the tickets went - they were all bought within seconds. We could have sold five times the amount.

"We can't wait to see everyone again, we've really missed the atmosphere.
"This last year has been really sad but we're lucky we've got the space here to be able to open as soon as pubs are allowed to have people outside."
