InTouch Holdings Plc has officially named Anek Pana-apichon as chief executive to strengthen the company's business potential and prepare for changes in the digital era.
Effective on Jan 1, Mr Anek will report directly to the chairman of the board.

According to a company statement, Mr Anek's appointment is an important move in driving the company to achieve its strategic goals and create sustainable growth.
The appointment is in accordance with the vision statement of the asset management company in telecommunications, media and technology, InTouch said.
Mr Anek graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a Master of Business Administration and has been working for InTouch since 1992.
He began as an accounting manager and was assigned additional duties and responsibilities, eventually becoming executive vice-president for finance and accounting.
Mr Anek was appointed as acting chief executive to replace Philip Chen Chong Tan and has been in the position since July 2017.
In other moves, InTouch appointed Kim Siritaweechai as chief financial officer, reporting directly to the chief executive, also effective Jan 1.
