Andy Whyment left furious after Dingo Dollar Challenge result - leaving I'm A Celeb camp stunned

I'm A Celeb's Andy Whyment stunned camp during last night's episode when he lost his temper after the result of the Dingo Dollar Challenge.

The actor, best known for his role on Coronation Street, exploded into a furious rant when it was revealed the majority of the UK don't think Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year.

Fellow camp-mates Ian Wright and James Haskell successfully completed the Dingo Dollar Challenge, which tasked them with identifying wrapped Christmas presents and placing them in the correct stockings.

The Arsenal football legend and rugby star made their way to Kiosk Kev with the Dingo Dollars and decided to choose chocolate coins as the treat.

But first, camp had to correctly answer the question: "What percentage of adults think that Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year? A – 34 per cent or B – 54 per cent."

All the celebrities thought everyone loved Christmas and chose 54 per cent.

But it was the wrong answer, and Andy was not impessed.

Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway said in the Bush Telegraph, "I thought his head was going to explode, Andy wasn’t happy."

The camp-mate, who plays Kirk Sutherland on Corrie, slammed the British public for hating Christmas and couldn't understand why people didn't think it was the most 'wonderful time of the year.'

He argued: "You spend time with your family, eat amazing food, time off work, they’ve done us over big style."

Later in the Bush Telegraph, Andy continued to rant about his disappointment with the reality of the Dingo Dollar Challenge answer.

He questioned: "How can you not think Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year? Everyone loves Christmas."
