Andy Reid gave the best answer when asked if he did anything ‘fun or exotic’ during offseason

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid might not be the best guy to talk to you about something as difficult as clock management but he seems to be a fun fella to talk about anything else.

Especially food.

Reid and the Chiefs, who lost to the New England Patriots at home in the AFC Championship Game last January, are back to work as the team’s training camp opened Tuesday.

The longtime coach was asked by a reporter if he had done anything fun or exotic during the offseason, to which Reid responded with a very on-brand answer.

This is too good:

Chile rellenos, of course, is a delicious Mexican dish that consists of chile peppers stuffed with your choice of meat, pork, or cheese and then they are battered and fried and topped with a spicy red sauce.

They are really darn good.
