Andy Murray shows off luxury room in Tokyo with brother ahead of Olympics

Andy Murray has shared a video of his luxury digs in Japan ahead of his fourth Olympics as he joins the Team GB squad for the Games in Tokyo.

The whole GB tennis team posed for a picture at Heathrow airport before embarking on the 11 and a half hour flight.

Andy is the only men’s tennis player in Olympic history to win two singles gold medals and the 34-year-old has his sights set on winning his third Olympic gold.

Andy let his 1.7 million Instagram followers know that he had touched down safely at Team GB's accommodation and even gave them a quick tour of his room.

Team GB have their own 12-storey block in the Athlete's Village in the Harumi district of Tokyo.

The room was adorned in Team GB posters, and the beds were complete with special Toyko Olympics begging, laundry bags, a blanket, a robe and a red, white and blue teddy bear.

Panning around the room which boasted panoramic views, Andy captioned the video: "I (heart emoji) the olympics. Lets go @teamgb."

En route to the capital of Japan, Andy posed for a selfie with his brother Jamie and many fans were quick to wish the pair the best of luck.

One said: "Go get that gold!"

Another added: "All the best!!!"
