Andy Murray at Queen's: When is the tennis star playing at Wimbledon warm-up event?

Andy Murray is set to make his eagerly-awaited return to competitive tennis at the Fever-Tree Championships at Queen's Club this week.

The former world No1 has not played since his first-round defeat to Roberto Bautista Agut at the Australian Open in January after undergoing a major hip resurfacing operation.

Murray, who looked set to potentially retire from the sport, will enter the doubles competition at the Wimbledon warm-up event alongside Spaniard Feliciano Lopez - a former Queen's singles winner and French Open doubles champion.

All being well, Murray will also compete in the doubles at SW19 next month before potentially returning to singles action before the end of 2019.

“I can’t tell you how I’ll feel when I get back on the court, but I feel lucky, I feel pretty relaxed," Murray said ahead of his return.

"I didn’t expect to be in this position. It’s been brilliant. I’m looking forward to getting back out there.

"I don’t know what to expect and I’m not putting any expectations on myself.

"It is just about being out on the tennis court, comfortable is enough. So, we’ll see what happens.”

When is Andy Murray playing at Queen's?

Murray and Lopez are due to step onto the court on Wednesday, when they will face a tough test against top doubles seeds Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah of Colombia on the grass courts in west London.
