Andy Halliday has lifted the lid on the chaotic nature of former boss Pedro Caixinha's Rangers reign.
The Portuguese gaffer lasted just 229 days in the Ibrox hotseast, making his spell the shortest in the history of the club.
And midfielder Halliday, who was banished by the gaffer to Gabala in Azerbaijan, has explained how Caixinha's inability to recall names and eccentric half-time antics left the dressing room baffled.
He told the Si Ferry on the Open Goal podcast: "He used to make subs at half-time every week.
"I remember we played Kilmarnock at Rugby Park. 0-0. The game was terrible and we were playing shite.
"He's got a flip chart and he's writing the team for the second half.
"He used to get people's names wrong all the time.
"Left-wing there was a name 'Robbie'.
"We are all looking about because we don't have a Robbie in the team.
"We are looking about the dressing room confused.
"I think 'oh my god, he's got the wrong name'.
"I was the captain so I thought I needed to say something because it was embarrasing.
"After five minutes I said 'Gaffer, who's Robbie?'
"He said 'ROBBIE!' and pointed to Barrie McKay. 'Robbie, left-wing'.
"Barrie is sitting there and in monotone says 'I'm Barrie.'
"Another one at half-time - we were playing Motherwell at Ibrox. He subbed three defenders off at half-time for three midfielders when we were 1-0 down.
"We went three at the back. Me at left centre-half, Mikey O'Halloran at right centre-half and Rob Kiernan in the middle.
"Mental, just an absolute screwball."
