Comedian Andy Dick has found himself in new legal trouble after he allegedly squeezed a woman's backside twice in Los Angeles, according to a new report.
The incident allegedly occurred in April, with the woman _ whom Dick did not know _ claiming in a police report that the comic groped her as she walked by him on a sidewalk, according to TMZ.
Dick was hit sexual battery and simple battery charges _ both misdemeanors _ by the Los Angeles City Attorney, the celebrity gossip site reported. The office for the City Attorney could not immediately be reached for comment.
A rep for Dick also did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Dick, 52, has repeatedly been accused of inappropriate sexual behavior in the past. The new charges come less than a year after he was fired from the movie "Raising Buchanan" in October after he was accused of groping people's genitals and licking, kissing and making unwanted sexual propositions toward people on set, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
"I didn't grope anybody. I might have kissed somebody on the cheek to say goodbye and then licked them," Dick told THR at the time. "That's my thing _ I licked Carrie Fisher at a roast. It's me being funny. I'm not trying to sexually harass people."
He did not shoot down the proposition claims, meanwhile, telling THR, "Of course I'm going to proposition people. I'm single, depressed, lonely and trying to get a date. They can just say no, and they probably did and then I was done."
Past incidents involving Dick include him being arrested in 2008 after allegedly pulling down a 17-year-old girl's top, getting arrested in 2010 for allegedly groping a man at a West Virginia bar and being sued in 2011 for allegedly placing his genitals against a man's face during a comedy show the previous December.
He also infamously touched Ivanka Trump repeatedly during a 2007 "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" appearance that ended with Kimmel and a security guard pulling him off stage.
