Andy Cole believes Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already achieved something big at Manchester United .
The new manager has won 15 of his 20 games in charge so far and still has United fighting for Champions League honours.
Solskjaer’s impact has helped lift the Red Devils firmly into the top-four picture with seven games remaining before he even signed a permanent deal last week.
Therefore, United legend Cole believes the future is bright with him in charge. Asked on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football whether he needs to win either a trophy or finish in the Premier League top four this term, Cole insists the pressure is off.
“I think he’s already achieved,” Cole told Sky Sports. “Everybody is talking about Manchester United again.
“They’re talking about the possibility of finishing in the top four. In December that wasn’t happening.

“It’s going to be very tough, just like every Manchester United manager has found since Alex Ferguson.
“But the good thing is Ole is a Man Utd man. That’s really important. He understands the players and the ethos.”
Cole played alongside Solskjaer and admitted his delight at seeing him continue to work wonders at Old Trafford.
“I was buzzing for him (when he got the job),” Cole added. “Since he’s come they’ve been fantastic.
“He’s got the players playing which is the main thing. They’re winning and that’s the most important thing.”
