Andrew Whitworth is 12th starter in history to beat all 32 teams thanks to win over Bengals

Los Angeles Rams offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth picked up a win against his former team Sunday and made some history in the process.

With a win over the Bengals, Whitworth became the 12th player in NFL history to tally victories over all 32 teams in the NFL.

It’s almost poetic, really. As we featured today, Whitworth’s inexplicable departure from the Bengals marked a turning point for that franchise. Cincinanti still hasn’t been able to get recover.

Largely, Whitworth reaching this record at all shouldn’t have been possible, had the Bengals not lowballed him in negotiations.

That makes this whole thing pretty fitting. And for Bengals fans, it was fun to see Whitworth get to play in a Super Bowl and this smacks as at least a little funny, especially while Cincinnati struggles through what is currently an 0-8 season.
