Andrew Brown, Cordy Glenn lead Bengals inactives for Week 1 vs. Seahawks

The Cincinnati Bengals announced their Week 1 inactives ahead of the afternoon kickoff against the Seattle Seahawks.

They are:

  • QB Jake Dolegala
  • WR A.J. Green
  • WR Auden Tate
  • RB Trayveon Williams
  • DE Jordan Willis
  • OT Cordy Glenn
  • DE Andrew Brown

There aren’t many surprises here, though rookie Renell Wren getting the nod over Andrew Brown is at least interesting. This means the Bengals are going extra heavy inside by having Josh Tupou active, which is meant to counter Seattle’s elite rushing attack.

Otherwise, the Bengals weren’t going to have three quarterbacks active and injuries to A.J. Green and Auden Tate were already established. The team had announced Cordy Glenn as out back on Friday.

Seattle’s inactives:

  • Edge Ziggy Ansah
  • WR Gary Jennings
  • WR John Ursua
  • WR David Moore
  • CB Parry Nickerson
  • C Joey Hunt
  • DE L.J. Collier
