Former Carl Frampton opponent Andres Gutierrez was forced to pull out of another fight after weighing in 11lbs over limit.
Gutierrez was due to take on Oscar Valdez in a WBC world super-featherweight title eliminator in Las Vegas.
On the same card is Belfast boy Frampton who fights Tyler McCreary .
The Jackal was due to fight Gutierrez in Belfast back in 2017, but that fight was cancelled at the eleventh hour after Gutierrez suffered facial injuries after slipping in his hotel shower .
There was more disbelief when Gutierrez weighed in for his latest fight.
He tipped the scales at 141lbs - his fight with Valdez was set for super-featherweight which is 130lbs.
Valdez shook his head as he stepped onto the scales - he weighed in at 129.8lbs.
Legendary US promoter Bob Arum also showed his anger at Gutierrez's weight.
Valdez will now fight American Adam Lopez.
WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman said: "This is absolutely a clear indication of a dangerous tactic by Gutierrez to cut weight.
"This case will be fully investigated to its fullest consequences."
