Andreas Skov Olsen Rangers transfer enquiry 'sent' to Bologna as Crysencio Summerville loan stance revealed

Rangers have touched base with Serie A side Bologna over a move for Andreas Skov Olsen, according to a report.

And the Ibrox club are also 'exploring' a loan move for consistent link Crysencio Summerville.

The Daily Mail claim Gio van Bronckhorst is weighing up moves for the pair who have both been touted as Ibrox targets since the summer over 2020.

But their club situations have changed somewhat with Danish wide man Olsen struggling to make the starting XI some weeks at his Italian side.

Summerville, meanwhile, has since moved from Feyenoord to Leeds United and after making just eight appearances this season the 20-year-old could move to Ibrox for first-team football he won't get under Marcelo Bielsa.

Leeds knocked back an approach from Utrecht in his homeland of the Netherlands just months ago but this time may be more receptive.

Olsen meanwhile flits in and out of Sinisa Mihajlovic's plans, though he started and scored in Bologna's last run out against Sassuolo.

In summer 2020, Summerville commented the teams interested in him were "beautiful clubs" amid the Rangers links.

"The teams that are interested in me are beautiful clubs," he said.

"But that would be another step for me and I don't think about moving at all. All my thoughts are with Feyenoord."
