Qatar Sports Investments will always find the door open to Andrea Radrizzani’s office at Leeds United if they want to pump money into Elland Road.
The Whites owner has never shied away from the obvious link drawn between QSI and United because of his friendship with Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
Speaking to the media on Monday, after a weekend of celebrating his club’s championship and promotion, Radrizzani reiterated there was nothing imminent from the firm which controls Paris Saint-Germain.

“We have a very good friendship,” he said. "We have been talking, but to be honest we haven't received any concrete point of negotiation.
“We are really good friends and if they want to seriously to come, they can always find my door open for discussion, but at this moment there is nothing.”
The Qatari narrative began in May 2019, 10 days after the painful defeat to Derby County in the Championship play-off semi-finals.
Financial Times published a story which said QSI was in talks to buy a stake in the Whites, allowing them to enter English football for the first time.
Sources at Elland Road have always maintained there has been nothing more than table talk between Radrizzani and Al-Khelaifi about they may join forces.
49ers Enterprises, the investment arm of NFL’s San Francisco 49ers, already controls more than 10 per cent of United and would have an interest in increasing that stake if the opportunity arose.
