Andrea Radrizzani has fired back at a fan who has questioned his motivations as chairman of Leeds United .
The Italian media mogul bought 50% of the club in January 2017 and completed the takeover in full that summer, but he came under criticism in his first full season as chairman as Leeds failed to build on the seventh-place finish from the season before.
Ending that campaign with a controversial tour of Myanmar and Paul Heckingbottom still in the hot seat, it’s fair to say that things have changed quite a bit over the past year, with Marcelo Bielsa central to transforming the club’s fortunes.
Certain fans have questioned Radrizzani’s long-term commitment to the club, and one fan couldn’t help but have a pop at the chairman on Twitter over his media intersts, replying to a message of support for a Leeds United supporter in the Philippines.

It was a characteristically cheeky response from Radrizzani, who has been known to give some fiery responses on the social media platform in the past.
