Andrea McLean has revealed following Helen Mirren’s advice to tell people to “f*** off” more is her favourite thing about being in her 50s.
The Glaswegian TV host says she took Dame Helen’s mantra from a screensaver of quites from inspiring women.
Former Loose Women panellist Andrea, 52, told Health and Wellbeing mag she pays little attention to what others think of her.
She said: “At the moment my screensaver is a collage of inspiring women who I look up to.
“One quote that features heavily is one from Helen Mirren. It says, ‘If I could give my younger self some advice, it would be to tell people to f*** off more’.
“And I think that is what I enjoy most about my 50s.”
