Loose Women's star Andrea McLean has dished on her worst day as a panellist on the show.
Hosting today's show with Brenda Edwards, Nadia Sawalha and Kaye Adams, the group reminisced about their "worst days at work."
And Andrea's was her "reverse bungie", in which she'd been catapulted into the air live on the show.
But she revealed that she tilted her head before launching upwards, meaning she suffered from terrible whiplash.
Andrea recalled: "I was doing this thing for charity, remember when I did the reverse bungie?
"That was me! What happened was, I was so professional that I kept going, I was all in position, and it would've been fine if I'd stayed there.
"It was totally my own fault. Because my head had turned to the side and I pinged up, I got the worst whiplash ever known in the history of the universe.
"There was a noise like a gun going off and I swear to God I thought I'd broken my neck."
She added: "Literally, as I landed, and we came off air, I had to whisper, 'Can you call me an ambulance?'
"I lost all feeling in my neck down, lost all feeling in my limbs, and I was taken to King's College Hospital where I spent the rest of the day and into the night being X-rayed and checked over because they thought I'd broken my neck.
"That was a pretty bad day!"
"That's the worse one yet!" said Brenda.
Andrea laughed: "But I'm all fine now!"
