One of Giffnock's most well-known restaurants will soon return - with a brand new concept and under a different name.
Popular Andiamo, to the south of Glasgow, has announced it is reopening, 'but not as you know it'.
Following a significant rebrand, the Fenwick Road food spot will now trade as Lucali by Andiamo 'a new fresh pasta and Neapolitan pizza concept'
The restaurant will welcome in customers once more when coronavirus restrictions are relaxed on April 26, however, due to a surge in bookings, the venue, which also benefits from a heated outdoor terrace, is fully booked until May 3.
Announcing the news on Facebook this weekend, the Andiamo Giffnock team commented: "Have you heard the news?
"Andiamo Giffnock will be re-opening on Monday, April 26, but not as you know it.
"We have been busy over the past few weeks and the re-opening of the restaurant will see the birth of a new Fresh Pasta and Neapolitan Pizza concept - LUCALI by Andiamo.
"LUCALI will bring the spirit of Naples to Giffnock in a fantastic new way with freshly made pasta and Neapolitan pizza and a small selection of the finest Italian wines, spirits and cocktails.
"Secure your booking in Giffnock's exciting new restaurant, where we will be serving alcohol in our heated outdoor terrace area until 10pm daily".
