The famous Ramanarayanam Temple, which is constructed in the form of Lord Rama’s bow, is geared up for Sri Sitarama Kalyana Mahotsavam, including Pattabhisekham, to be celebrated on April 11 on the temple premises.
After gap of two years, the temple authorities are allowing devotees to participate in the celestial wedding and other cultural events.
Addressing mediapersons here, temple trustee Narayanam Srinivas said devotees could not be allowed for the celestial wedding in 2020 and 2021 owing to COVID-19 and lockdown restrictions.
He said that Chief priest of the Tirupati Devasthanams temple at Visakhapatnam Gopinambala Seshacharyulu would perform the celestial wedding of Lord Rama and Sita on April 11 at around 9.30 am. Unjal Seva would be performed on the same day evening.
