TIRUPATI: Two touts, including an auto driver, were arrested by Tirumala police on charges of selling fake darshan tickets at exorbitant rates to devotees on Friday.
One C Subramanian and two of his friends were denied entry into Vaikuntam Q complex after security wing sleuths found they were holding fake 300 special entry darshan tickets.
The devotees said they purchased the tickets from an auto driver, identified as Mouna Kumar, and his friend Sounder and had paid them 8,000.
