VIJAYAWADA: A three-year- old boy and his father were killed on the spot when a speeding car hit a divider and then rammed their bike in Kanchikancharla in Krishna district on Tuesday.
The deceased were Krishna Padma Rao (30), and his son Rohan who were residents of Gandepalli village of Kanchikacherla mandal. The man in the car has been identified as bodybuilder and Mr Karnataka Jawed (26).
He was travelling along with his friend Sohail. Overspeeding of the car was the reason behind the mishap. Jawed was later arrested.
