TIRUPATI: Andhra Pradesh endowments commissioner M Hari Jawaharlal was sworn in as the ex-officio member of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) inside the Tirumala temple in Chittoor district on Sunday morning.
TTD JEO Sada Bhargavi administered the oath of office after which TTD veda pandits rendered veda ashirvachanam at the Ranganayakula mandapam.
Temple deputy EO Ramesh Babu and other officials were present.
Meanwhile, the two-day Gau Maha Sammelanam conclave organized by the TTD in the temple city of Tirupati concluded on Sunday.
Though TTD invited pontiffs of various mutts and spiritual organizations across the country, only a handful could attend the two-day conclave.
Renowned yoga guru Baba Ramdev took part in the concluding session of the two-day meet.
