Andhra Pradesh: 4.21 lakh Krishna kids given polio drops

VIJAYAWADA: Pulse polio immunisation programme was held across Krishna district on Sunday. Around 4.21 lakh kids below the age of 5 years were given the vaccine.

Collector J Nivas said the programme was a huge success in the district as they set up 2,568 immunisation centres.

Officials arranged 5.40 lakh doses at these centres and started administration from early hours on Sunday.
