Andhra Pradesh: 2 held for murder attempt on man

VIJAYAWADA: Love affair between two persons in Atmakur ended up in a murder attempt.

Nazir and Asifa work in a government hospital and were in love. However, Asifa got married to another person in 2021 but divorced later. Later, Asifa and Nazir revived the relationship. In the meantime, Asifa got acquainted with one Abdul Rahman.

However, Nazir kept on requesting Asifa to marry him. Asifa complained to Rahman that Nazir was harassing her. They both hatched a plan to kill Nazir. Rahman rammed his car into Nazir’s two-wheeler injuring him seriously. Asifa and Abdul Rahman were later arrested.
