Ready? OK.
A season full of surprises on The Masked Singer has included a bunch of athletes: there was former NFL QB Mark Sanchez, New Orleans Pelicans star Lonzo Ball, and Olympic gold medalist Chloe Kim.
But on Wednesday’s finale, the finalists included a bunch of truly talented singers. There was Mushroom, Crocodile and Sun. And after some performances, some final guesses from the judges and some reveals, a winner was crowned.
The Crocodile turned out to be Nick Carter of Backstreeet Boys and solo artist fame:
Mushroom was … Aloe Blacc!
And the Sun, who took home the title was … LeAnn Rimes!!!
Once you know that and look back at her performances, you kind of knew it had to be her, right?
