Anapurna and Frankie Dettori dug deep on the run to the line to lift the Investec Oaks at Epsom.
It looked like Ryan Moore had made a race-winning move on Pink Dogwood, taking a definite advantage, but John Gosden's filly, sent off at 8-1, would not be denied and battled to a determined success, by a neck.
It was a fifth Oaks triumph for Dettori and a third for Gosden.
