'An inconvenience' as Nuthall Pharmacy closes and customers told to go elsewhere

A pharmacy in Nuthall has closed and customers have been advised to go elsewhere.

A notice has appeared on the outside of Nuthall Pharmacy, Upminster Drive, notifying people of the closure.

It reads: "To all our patients, the pharmacy is unfortunately closed today due to circumstances beyond our control.

"There are other pharmacies available in Bilborough and Kimberley.

"Any queries please contact our sister pharmacy at ."

Retired John Doherty, 70, of Hempshill Vale, Nuthall, who used to work for East Midlands Airport, planned to drop off a prescription on Tuesday morning (November 5).

He told Nottinghamshire Live: "I have been using this pharmacy really since it opened.

"It is an inconvenience, as far as I always come here to get my prescription made up.

"I shall have to find another pharmacy."

The company's sister pharmacy in Radford Road can be contacted on 0115 978 2336.
