An Edinburgh pilates studio is offering a workout with a difference - Scotland's first pygmy goat pilates sessions.
Taking place on a beautiful farm in Fife, the twin goats Mabel and Hazel add an unexpected element to the classes.
They're not shy and will hop on top of people as they perform their pilates streches - giving an impromptu massage.
As well as bonding with the goats, the classes offer a chance to meet the other animals at the picturesque Bellcraig Farm.
Participants will be able to feed the lambs and play with the farm's dogs.
Edinburgh-based pilates instructor Jo Munro came up with the idea following a trip to the US. They can be booked through her studio The Pilates Attic.
She told BBC Scotland's The Nine: "Goat yoga is quite big on the internet, so I had seen lots of videos of that.
"Then I went to California last year and took a goat yoga class and it was amazing.

"I couldn't stop talking about it so I thought I've got to bring this back to Scotland."
Those taking part in the classes say the goats are "heavy but not too heavy" and the experience is a little like a hot stone massage.
The classes take place inside a cosy stone cottage with a wood fire, and are £20 each.
