Police have confirmed a missing Belfast teenager has been found safe and well.
Amy Waring, 17, was last seen in Manchester earlier this week and it was believed she may have travelled to the Wrexham area.
Police issued an appeal earlier this afternoon saying they were becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare.
A PSNI spokesman said: "Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of missing Belfast teenager, Amy Waring.
"It is believed 17 year old Amy was last seen in Manchester earlier this week and it is believed she may have travelled to the Wrexham area. She is described as being 5’2” tall, of heavy build, with long dark brown hair tied in a ponytail."
Police have since confirmed in a statement that Amy had been located 'safe and well'.
