Amy Schumer: First sexual experience was not consensual

Comedian Amy Schumer has revealed that her first sexual experience was not consensual.

The Trainwreck actress, who is known for her raunchy brand of humour, has said she did not think about it until she revisited her teenage journals.

Schumer, 35, told the US edition of Marie Claire: “My first sexual experience was not a good one. I didn't think about it until I started reading my journal again. When it happened, I wrote about it almost like a throwaway.”

She said she did not realise what had happened at first and added: “He was saying, 'I'm so sorry' and 'I can't believe I did this'.”

Schumer, who was recently nominated for a string of Emmy awards for her variety series Inside Amy Schumer and her stand-up comedy special Amy Schumer: Live at the Apollo, is now in a relationship with furniture designer Ben Hanisch.

She told the magazine: “Being in love is the scariest thing in the world. You want to f***ing cry and scream. I can't handle it.

”Every time we say good-bye, I think, This will have been a nice last week together. Or I tell myself nothing is real and he's going to leave me and tell me he never loved me. I feel so bad for him. How exhausting it must be."
