Married At First Sight's Amy Christopher "slammed her hands on the table" in frustration after caterers "f***ed" her food up while filming the show.
The 35-year-old, who tied the knot with Joshua Christie, 26, in the hit Channel 4 show, has dished the behind scenes secrets on the show.
The sports journalist, who is lactose intolerant, said that the show's caterers messed up her food order during the show's dinner party scenes and she was unable to speak out as the cameras were rolling.
Amy and Josh would join the other couples for dinner parties once a week to check-in about their blossoming romances.
Speaking to Johnny Seifert on Secure The Insecure , Amy said: "I'm lactose intolerant and gluten intolerant. So once you're sat down at that table, like you can't break the screen, like the smoke and mirrors or whatever you've got, like, all of the cameras and crew and whatever behind you.

"There was only a few there was only three dinner parties. But basically every single time they f****ed up my food, the caterers, and I'm like, just sat there miserable, and I'm starving."
She said that she "just got p*****" instead after giving up on asking for the right food.
"Then the worst time was when there was asparagus covered in butter," she added.
"And I turned to Josh and I was like, 'there is butter on this asparagus'. Because you can't just shout out and be like, 'excuse me, I need some new asparagus'."

She said how she got so frustrated that she "slammed her hands on the table" to try and get a waiter's attention.
"I'm like waving my hand like it's at school and I'm like, 'I really can't eat this and I'm starving."
Amy, who was paired with Josh, said that during the mixers she told crew members that she wouldn't speak until they got her more wine.

"I was like, 'I'm not speaking and guys, no one talk until they get us more wine, let's just say no' [and] they're like, 'there's no more wine'. I was like, 'well, we're not speaking' and getting some more wine. I was like – nobody says anything.
"And I was just like: 'Come on, We all need to stick together as a group'. So I need another b***dy drink."
It's been a year since she was on the show, as the new husband and wives to be are waiting to be paired for this year's show.

She and Josh went their separate ways just a fortnight before the reunion show in October last year.
Speaking about the split, she told Closer: “We haven’t spoken since the reunion show aired. It was a bit of a cold cut-off. I wouldn’t say we’ve left it on a bad note – there’s no animosity between the two of us.
"I’m sure if we saw each other out we would be civil and say ‘hello’. It would be nice to still have a friendship because we went through a lot together, but I guess I’m just a bit more sentimental than he is."
