Amy Childs splits from boyfriend Tim after declaring him 'The One'

Amy Childs is single again.

The former TOWIE star is mending her broken heart after saying goodbye to beau Tim after their 14-month romance "fizzled out."

"Amy and Tim are both heartbroken," an insider told MailOnline.

"They really hoped to make the relationship work, but the romance between them fizzled out.

"The breakup is still raw, so Amy is taking some time for herself in Ibiza, where she can have some space to get over things."

The gorgeous pair calling time on their relationship comes after Amy gushed over Tim in April last year and penned that he was Mr Right on her Instagram page.

She shared a snap of them both - which she has since deleted - and told: "When you finally meet the right one for you, it suddenly becomes clear why everyone else was so wrong... I love you."

The pair spent lockdown together at Amy's home in Essex alongside Amy's two children, three-year-old daughter Polly and 19-month-old son Rich.

It is thought they met after Amy failed to find love on Celebs Go Dating.

Amy did not go social media official with Tim for a while but Tim first shared snaps of Amy on his social media page in 2019.

The pair have been rather quiet on their romance until now, but have been seen in images on Tim's Instagram page since last year.

Sharing an image of the couple in December 2019, Tim captioned a glamorous picture of the pair: "With this little sort last night."

Back in February before the lockdown procedures kicked in, they enjoyed a weekend away together.

Showing an image from a romantic dinner table date, Tim wrote: "Perfect weekend away with the mrs."

To this Amy commented: "Perfect xxx".

Amy shares daughter Polly with her ex Bradley Wright, while son Rich is the son of her ex, businessman Ritchie

The Mirror have contacted a representative for Amy for comment.
