The former TOWIE star posted the fresh faced snap on her Instagram stories as she continued her normal every day routine on Wednesday.
In the radiant snap, her natural beauty took centre stage while she posed for the camera.
Amy styled her honeycomb locks in bouncy waves which sprung off her shoulders to frame her face.
Always honest, the reality star had no qualms confiding in her followers she had a break out on her skin.
She wrote alongside the snap: "Have had such a break out on my skin lately it's definitely the mask!"
Clad in gym gear, the mother-of-two revealed how she was starting her morning with a protein shake in a wine glass.
She has been waiting for her high powered exercise bike to arrive.
Amy added: "Starting my morning right, protein shake, training at 9, summer body pending!
"My peleton (sic: peloton) arriving next week I'm so excited."
Amy has created a glamorous image of herself in the spotlight following her rise to fame on TOWIE.
In more recent years, she has turned away from the cameras and focused on being the best mum she can to Ritchie and Polly.
Gushing Amy admitted motherhood had completely changed her outlook on life.
She previously told Closer mag in 2019: “Motherhood has completely changed me for the better – there’s more to life that vajazzles!
"It’s all about my kids and they’re the centre of my world now. There’s no time to be selfish or care about what other people think!”
