Amy Broadhurst and Lisa O'Rourke both fight for gold in the World Championship finals on Thursday afternoon.

Louth woman Broadhurst will be going for gold in the light welterweight division against Algeria's Imane Khelif while Roscommon native O'Rourke will be going for the honour of being crowned light middleweight champ versus Helena Alcinda Panguane of Mozambique.

They will be looking to replicate the historic successes of Katie Taylor and Kellie Harrington in today's evening session in Istanbul.

The fights are being streamed live on YouTube and you can watch them on the video at the top of this article.

The session starts at 4pm and Broadhurst's fight is the fourth one taking place, with O'Rourke's scheduled to immediately follow it.
