Salford City paid the most to agents and intermediaries in League Two over the last 12 months according to the latest figures.
The FA has released data showing the net total clubs spent in this area from February 1, 2020, to February 1, 2021.
It includes clubs in the Premier League, Championship, League One, League Two and the National League system.
And over the 12 months for League Two clubs, the Ammies paid the most to agents in that time according to the data, paying a net total of £137,884.
Bolton Wanderers are seventh on the list, having paid £52,673 on agents in that time.
Forest Green Rovers spent the second highest in that time period at £79,372, with Leyton Orient third at £72,117, and Bradford City fourth at £71,369.
Mansfield Town spent £66,045 and Cheltenham Town paid £52,676, £3 more than Wanderers over the timeframe which stands at £52,673.
Barrow, who Evatt managed in the National League last season, spent the least out of all League Two clubs at £13,359, while current League Two leaders Cambridge United spent £20,398.
In total over the year, League Two clubs spent a total of £1,069,115.
