A frisky couple were spotted having sex on a cliff in front of shocked diners eating at a restaurant opposite.
Those eating at Hooked on the Rocks in Falmouth were left gasping at the pair as they romped in broad daylight just metres from the coast path.
The naked couple were seen carrying out the sexual act at around 1.30pm today, Cornwall Live reports.
Pictures taken by a diner at Hooked on the Rocks show the couple stripped and mid-embrace as walkers stroll along the cliff path just feet away.
The diner who snapped the picture said: “We noticed a very happy couple at Swanpool Falmouth, on the cliff top.
"We were at Hooked on the Rocks – all the customers were rather shocked and found it hilarious.
"It must have been the humidity.
"One couple I think were a bit annoyed, but the rest of us found it hilarious.
"An older couple in their 70s were cracking us all up. They couldn't take their eyes off them.
"At first sight we thought probably yoga but then my partner zoomed in on her phone and confirmed what we all really thought they were doing.
“My partner was shocked at how long they were going. They were still at it when we left.”
The news comes after a couple were spotted having sex in broad daylight in a Yorkshire town centre earlier this month.
According to The Yorkshire Post, South Yorkshire Police were called to Rotherham's Minster Gardens on May 9 after the incident was reported to them by a member of the public.
The force said officers "located two individuals" but "no offences were identified at the time".
"The local neighbourhood team is continuing with enquiries," a spokesperson added.
