Amon-Ra St. Brown tweets out a great idea to help the Lions WR corps

Amon-Ra St. Brown is one of the best things to come out of the 2021 Detroit Lions season. The fourth-round rookie wideout has emerged as Lions’ top playmaking threat and a reliably productive receiver without a lot of help from his supporting cast.

Now St. Brown is trying to help bolster the Detroit wide receiver room with some help from his former college teammate. St. Brown tweeted out an eyebrow-raising response to USC Trojans wideout Drake London, who congratulated his old running mate after St. Brown had yet another big game in Week 17.

London is projected as a top-40 overall pick in the 2022 NFL draft, though his stock is clouded by a leg injury that cut short his 2021 season. He’s the kind of long (6-foot-5), reliably productive outside receiver the Lions sorely need as a weapon to complement St. Brown, who is at his most dangerous state in the slot.

Here’s hoping Lions GM Brad Holmes is interested in what his young standout has to say.
