Amir Khan and Kell Brook look set to meet each other in the ring next year as they finally settle their ongoing grudge.
A bout between the two has been in the works for years, with Khan and Brook calling each other out at various points over the careers.
But it’s only now that a fight looks to be in the works, and though many will argue it has come a few years too late, it will no doubt still generate plenty of interest.
The fight is expected to take place at either welterweight or a catchweight below light middleweight, with details still being ironed out before an official announcement arrives.
Here’s everything we know so far about Khan vs Brook.
When and where is the fight?
According to reports, Khan will meet Brook on February 19, with the fight set to go ahead in Manchester.
How can I watch it?
No details have yet been released on which channel will be broadcasting the fight, although Sky Sports and Boxxer are said to be backing it.
Should it go ahead, it would likely end up on pay-per-view.
Will it definitely go ahead?
There are still some details that need to be agreed upon before anything is confirmed.
Although a purse split is said to have been agreed, there are still some minor contractual issues to be resolved.
While the issues are not thought to be anything too taxing, there are concerns the fight could still fall by the wayside, given the history between Khan and Brook.
Are there any more fights lined up for Khan and Brook?
Assuming their grudge match goes ahead, it could well prove to be a final outing for both fighters, with the bout already well past its prime.
The pair have both previously insisted they only return to the ring in order to face each other, with Khan having not fought since 2019, while Brook’s last bout saw him stopped by Terence Crawford last year.
It’s likely both fighters will see next year’s bout as a chance to take one final pay day before they can hang up their gloves.
