Amir Khan celebrates NYE in Dubai as he holds python and parties with wife Faryl

Amir Khan celebrated his New Year in style with an action-packed trip to Dubai.

The boxer and wife Faryl jetted off to the exclusive Palm Resort to mark the end of 2018.

Sharing details of their busy getaway, Amir started off the partying by getting to grips with a giant python.

Bearing a long of extreme concentration, Amir posed on Instagram with the snake draped over his shoulders, looking to have conquered his phobia.

I'm A Celebrity viewers will remember Amir hilariously screaming at a snake during one of his infamous Bushtucker Trials during the 2017 series.

Amir shared pics from the event as he wished his followers a Happy New Year.

"Hopefully we can put 2018 behind us now and go on to a better year," he added before raising a fist to the camera.
