Amidst Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie legal battle, Hollywood producer offers blank cheque to reunite exes for 'The Hotel Martinez' movie

Amid their ongoing legal battles, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly been offered a lucrative business proposal.

The couple, who has been on warring paths since their divorce in 2016, has now been offered a "blank cheque" by Hollywood producer Danny Rossner to reunite on screen for the upcoming film 'The Hotel Martinez'.

Rossner, in an interview with Mirror US, revealed his ambitious plan to bring the former Hollywood power couple together for roles that he describes as 'ideal' for the two. Speaking to the portal, he said, "I'm asking them to set aside their differences and show the world that reconciliation and collaboration are possible, all in the name of art."

He further shared that investors are backing his 'blank cheque' offer, allowing Pitt and Jolie to determine their own fees for the project.

Beyond his cinematic ambitions, the producer said that hte project could also serve as a means of 'healing'. Interestingly, Brad and Angelina split after working together in the 2015 film 'By the Sea'. The film saw the two play a married couple who were not on talking terms and struggled to fix their relationship.

Since their high-profile split in 2016, Jolie and Pitt have been embroiled in legal disputes over custody arrangements and the management of their jointly owned French winery.
