US actor Jerry Stiller, well known for his roles in the television shows Seinfeld and The King of Queens, has died aged 92.
His son, Emmy Award winner Ben Stiller, announced his father's death on social media.
He said his father died of natural causes.
"He was a great dad and grandfather, and the most dedicated husband to Anne for about 62 years," he wrote.
"He will be greatly missed."
Jerry Stiller was best known in the latter stages of his career for playing the role of Frank Costanza, the short-tempered father of main character George, in the hit television show Seinfeld.
Following that success, he then played the role of Arthur Spooner in the sitcom, The King of Queens.
He and his wife were both honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, California, in 2007.
More to come.
