Ambulance crews rushed to the scene of a collision involving a bus and a pedestrian during rush-hour in the Morningside area.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the incident on Morningside Road at around 6:15pm this evening.
It is understood that paramedics attended the scene after a bus collided with a pedestrian. However, they are not thought to have any serious injuries.
The incident is said to be causing delays in the area, with traffic slow on Bruntsfield Place as a result.
Edinburgh Travel News wrote on Twitter: "Morningside Road - "Paramedics dealing with an RTC at Canaan Lane, southbound traffic looking slow from Bruntsfield Place.'
