Amber Rose gave birth to her second son just six weeks ago but has already undergone full-body liposuction.
The model, 36, took to Instagram from her hospital bed on Wednesday, telling fans her plastic surgeron was "sucking the baby fat" out of her body.
And while most new mums would still be giving the body the rest it deserves at six weeks post-partum, Amber said she "needed some work done".
Wearing her hospital gown, the mum-of-two explained: "So I'm here at Dr Matlock's office and I'm about to get my whole body done after the baby, and if you wanna get your body done or you need some work done… he's gonna take out some of my jowls that just like, hereditary, runs in my family, so he's gonna fix that.
"And he's gonna suck all the baby fat out of my stomach. I'm about to go in this morning and I'm super excited. I'm gonna tag Dr Matlock so if you wanna hit him up and get some work done, hit him up."
She added: "I love you guys, wish me luck."
Amber gave birth to her second son Slash Electric just over a month ago.
It is her first child with Alexander 'AE' Edwards, the Def Jam Records vice president of A&R.
She is also mum to six-year-old Sebastian, who she shares with her ex-husband Wiz Khalifa.
The model experienced extreme nausea during both her pregnancies, which has also affected the likes of Kate Middleton and Kim Kardashian .
Amber announced her second pregnancy back in April with a photo of herself at an ultrasound appointment.
She captioned the image: “@ae4president and I are SUPER excited to announce that we have a Sweet little Baby Boy on the way!
“P.S Sebastian is soooooo Happy to be a big brother!”
